Come and work for EWII

The working day is varied for the 700 employees at EWII. Professionalism, however, is at the core of everything that we do and this will paint the future green.

Curiosity and community go hand-in-hand here. Because the major challenges can only be solved if we join forces. We make sure that no stone is left unturned in order to find solutions to the challenges that have yet to be solved.

Leave a green footprint together with EWII

We enjoy spending time together

EWII is a flexible workplace that provides a healthy work-life balance.

We are committed to the health and development of our employees. This is why we provide anything from training and the opportunity to immerse yourself in stimulating projects to healthy meals in the canteen and fun activities in which we get active together and foster community.

What is the working day like for an IT architect?

In the commercial departments at EWII, we are always on the move - whether we are linking arms with the energy market, digitising business or moving Danes onto fibre.

Together we turn what is black into green business - benefitting the environment, customers and the bottom line.

But what is the working day like at EWII? You can find out here, where you can meet our IT Architect, Caroline.

What do you do here as an engineer?

At TREFOR we provide everything that can easily be taken for granted: Electricity, water, heating and fibre.

We consider it a compliment to be considered the nerds of the class, as it takes smart, digital minds to steer complex, green investments safely to port.

Meet one of our talented nerds, Charlotte, and hear about her working day as an engineer.

Four values shine through

Our values are ‘trustworthy & present’ and ‘future-oriented & result-generating’. These are our waypoints.

Rooted in our values, we leave no stone unturned in order to find solutions to the challenges that have yet to be solved. The major challenges can only be solved if we join forces - with colleagues and customers.

We would love to be able to look into the future, but no-one knows what it will bring. By being future-oriented, we try to work out what the crystal ball has to say about the energy-efficient solutions of the future. All while keeping results in mind.

4 steps towards a job with EWII

Find out about the process, from application to appointment

  1. Application

You will always be notified when we receive your application. This means you can be sure it has been submitted correctly. We usually advertise a position for 14 days before we select candidates to invite to a face-to-face interview.
  2. Initial interview

If you are invited to a face-to-face interview, you can expect it to take around one hour. We will tell you about who we are and ask you about yourself. During the interview, we will also establish whether we would be a good match for one another and whether your professional qualifications are a good fit for the job.
  3. Second interview

For most positions, we will also invite prospective employees to a second interview and we will ask you to complete a personality test before attending. The test will give us the opportunity to learn more about your personality.
  4. We have matched

We appreciate that you have spent time and energy on your application. You will, of course, hear from us regardless of whether or not we feel we have matched. If we don’t call, we’ll send you an email. You are always welcome to call us for further feedback.
